Job summary

Quest Software is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will own a portfolio of accounts, drive adoption, and ensure renewal and growth. This remote role is based in Boston, MA, USA, with collaboration across Sales, Support, Product, Renewals, and Professional Services.

You will maintain strategic success plans, conduct regular executive reviews, and surface opportunities to maximize value and reduce churn. 3+ years in customer success are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing relationships with senior executives
• Proven ability to renew contracts and grow accounts
