Job summary

TadHealth is a leading California behavioral health platform for K–12 schools. As a CSM, you will own a named book of accounts across Bay Area and Central Valley, driving adoption, renewal, and growth while collaborating with administrators and providers.

You’ll help shape Customer Success playbooks and align with Product leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. This remote role offers periodic travel to client sites in the Bay Area/Central Valley, requiring proximity to those regions.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS with book of business ownership.
Experience at an early or growth-stage startup.
Proven ability to drive platform adoption among non-technical users.
Comfort with privacy and compliance conversations (FERPA, HIPAA).
AI fluency (Claude preferred) and Google ecosystem proficiency.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Own renewals and expansion for your book, including forecasting and revenue opportunities.
Lead onboarding, training, and success plans to drive defined usage milestones.
Build relationships with district/county leaders and drive adoption at scale.
Facilitate privacy and compliance conversations with internal teams.
Share customer insights with Product to influence roadmaps.
Create repeatable playbooks to improve team effectiveness.
