Pindrop is seeking a remote-based Customer Success Manager for a national US role. You will manage a defined portfolio of commercial and mid-market accounts, ensuring product adoption, health, and renewals, while building trusted advisor relationships across customer teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer outcomes into business value, monitor health signals, and guide customers through lifecycle milestones with a focus on reducing churn and expanding value.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in SaaS or technology; strong account management experience
• Ability to manage a defined portfolio of commercial/mid-market accounts
• Excellent communication across all levels of an organization
• Experience with renewal coordination and driving product adoption
• Data-driven, able to translate value into business outcomes

Responsabilités
