You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure value delivery, while developing thought leadership and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing roles in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech.
• Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level/executives.
• Expertise in authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
• Technical certifications (AWS, security, networking) or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Pindrop’s strategic customers, delivering expert guidance across solution lifecycle.
• Lead complex client engagements: assess needs, define solutions, drive value realization.
• Conduct workshops, assessments, and executive briefings on best practices for authentication and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales for a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze client processes, identify improvements, and mitigate risk with Pindrop solutions.
• Guide teams through integrations and change management, ensuring adoption.
• Develop thought leadership content for customers and internal teams.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of consulting excellence.
