Job summary

Pindrop is seeking a Senior Fraud and Authentication Consultant to work remotely across the US. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading complex client engagements in SaaS, cloud, and security spaces, with a focus on voice-based authentication and fraud prevention.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver end-to-end solutions, mentor teams, and drive value realization for top financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech consulting roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice tech.
• Strong client relationships and comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with contact center tech, voice biometrics, or security integration.
• Management consulting background or work in high-growth tech environments.
• Technical certifications (AWS, security, networking) or an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Advise strategic customers with end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead complex engagements, define solutions, and drive outcomes.
• Run workshops, assessments, and executive briefings on best practices for authentication and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment.
• Analyze client processes to identify efficiency gains and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Guide customer teams through complex integrations and change management.
• Develop thought leadership and reusable best practices for customers and internal teams.
• Mentor colleagues and promote consulting excellence.
