Pindrop seeks a Senior Consultant to serve strategic customers, guiding solutions from discovery to realization. You will lead engagements, collaborate with product, engineering, and sales, and drive adoption of voice-based authentication and fraud prevention across large enterprises.

You will shape best practices, develop thought leadership, and mentor teammates while thriving in a remote-first, equity-backed environment that values innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and solve challenging business/technical problems.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
• Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level/executive stakeholders.
• Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration.
• Management consulting background or work in high-growth technology environments.
• Technical certifications (AWS, security, networking) or advanced degree.
• Background producing thought leadership content (whitepapers, best practices).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to strategic customers across lifecycle—from discovery to value realization.
• Lead complex client engagements: assess needs, define solutions, and drive outcomes that maximize customer value.
• Conduct workshops and executive briefings on authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales for a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze client processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Guide customer teams through integrations and change management, resolving issues and driving adoption.
• Develop thought leadership content and reusable best practice resources for customers and teams.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of consulting excellence.
