Job summary

Ping Identity is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a fully remote role. You will serve as a trusted technical resource for customer organizations and manage day-to-day operational needs while building lasting relationships.

You will analyze data from support cases and renewals to spot trends, advocate for customer needs, and guide adoption of Ping's cloud identity platform. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or Experience role.
• Experience with IT consulting and system implementation, preferably cloud/identity management.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn use cases and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a named resource for customer organizations and manage incidents.
• Analyze support cases, surveys, and renewal data to identify risks and trends.
• Advocate for customer needs and voice internally to align on priorities.
• Monitor adoption/utilization and provide guidance based on customer objectives.
