Job summary

Arcoro, a rapidly growing SaaS company serving the construction industry, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deepen client relationships, ensure account health, and drive retention. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives.
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer engagement to drive adoption and reduce churn.
• Own end-to-end renewal conversations, pricing alignment, and bookings.
• Partner with Account Management to identify expansion opportunities.
• Advocate for customers and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
• Conduct value-based check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews.
