Job summary

MPLC is seeking an Associate Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success Team in a remote role based in the United States. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, minimize churn, and drive renewal and expansion revenue while ensuring every site is properly licensed.

You will manage renewals, handle objections, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Legal and Finance. Strong CRM skills and proactive outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or licensing.
• Experience managing renewals and mitigating churn.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers and minimize churn while driving renewal and expansion revenue.
• Confirm every customer site and location is covered by their license.
• Handle renewal objections and coordinate with Legal and Finance on deal amendments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a high volume of proactive outbound calls.
