Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to manage ongoing customer support, adoption, and renewals across our CRM-driven processes. You will engage with home and service industries to ensure successful use of EverPro, EverHealth, and EverWell solutions.

You will train customers, coordinate across departments, and identify opportunities for additional revenue while maintaining high retention. Remote work is possible with occasional travel to Denver or client sites.

Qualifications

• Delivery of technology training in a corporate setting, in-person and online.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Customer service and support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with software implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to upsell to current customers and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices in the software.
• Handle customer support calls from long-time customers.
• Train customers and staff in software usage both online and in person.
• Meet or exceed renewal and adoption quotas.
• Nurture customer relationships to build trust and referenceability.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive customer success.
• Travel as needed and work overtime when required.
