Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This role is 100% remote for candidates in the U.S., with renewal and revenue responsibilities across a SaaS platform.

The CSM will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure measurable value and successful customer journeys from onboarding through renewal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or similar B2B role with portfolio management.
• Proven track record in retention and renewals in SaaS or data solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio through the customer lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and address revenue risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
