Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This role is 100% remote; candidates must reside in one of the allowed states.

The CSM will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent and successful customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with responsibility for retention and renewals.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding retention or revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, or software products.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success to maximize value.
• Monitor health, usage and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
