Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

The role is 100% remote and open to candidates in the United States, with residency in listed states. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with retention/renewals.
• Proven track record meeting retention or revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription services.
• Strong renewal and contract management knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the lifecycle.
• Drive retention, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead renewal planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure successful activation.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting on account health.
