Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager in scaling B2B SaaS
• Fluent in customer success motions: planning, adoption, risk mgmt, QBRs
• Hands-on technical experience with databases or related roles
• Able to translate business goals into technical context with leadership
• Experience building CS playbooks, journeys, and tooling
• Curious, proactive, and able to scale in fast environments
• Strong written and verbal communication; build trust quickly
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid growth

Responsibilities

• Own health, success, and growth of your customer portfolio, including onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy
• Analyze account health, identify risk, and create data-informed success plans
• Build multithreaded relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including execs
• Lead onboarding calls, QBRs, roadmap discussions, and escalation resolution
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs
• Generate and qualify expansion leads (CSQLs) through discovery and usage insights
• Improve CS playbooks, tooling, and automation as we scale
• Leverage AI to optimize workflows, surface risk, and generate content
• Help convert customers into champions via case studies and references
