Tiger Data, formerly Timescale, is building the fastest PostgreSQL platform for modern workloads. We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of high-impact accounts and drive revenue retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.

This builder-operator role scales CS motions, diagnosing risk, mapping success plans, and deepening multithreaded relationships from DevOps engineers to CTOs, while helping shape the roadmap with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a scaling B2B SaaS org.
Fluent in customer success motions (success planning, adoption frameworks, risk mitigation, QBRs).
Hands-on technical experience with databases (Postgres, SQL) or in developer relations/data engineering.
Able to translate between business goals and technical complexity; comfortable with VP Eng and DevOps.
Knowledge of CS playbooks, customer journeys, and internal tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Owning the health, success, and growth of your customer portfolio—onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Analyzing account health, identifying risk, and creating data-informed success plans that align with customer ROI.
Building multithreaded relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including execs.
Leading customer engagements like onboarding calls, QBRs, roadmap discussions, and escalations.
