3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients fully leverage our evolving portfolio of solutions.

This role offers the chance to engage with customers, provide product education, and deliver consultative problem-solving while partnering with two Account Managers to guide customers through complex solutions and achieve business objectives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in SaaS or tech.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience helping customers learn software and achieve outcomes.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meeting coordination.
• Confident in difficult conversations and cross-team collaboration.
• Curiosity to learn multiple products and adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and drive ongoing value.
• Guide customers through product capabilities and deliver training.
• Lead proactive outreach to increase product usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to renew and expand value.
• Monitor engagement and identify risks to address early.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product.
• Share customer insights to improve products and processes.
• Grow expertise across 3E's Protect and Insight solutions.
