We seek a Customer Success Manager to transform relationships into lasting partnerships, guide customers through a evolving portfolio, and become a trusted advisor to two Account Managers.

You will shape the customer experience, build confidence in our products, and identify opportunities for greater adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, client services, software training, or similar.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse customer stakeholders.
• Experience teaching software, driving adoption and outcomes.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, practical explanations.
• Excellent organization to manage meetings and priorities.
• Confident navigating challenging conversations with internal partners.
• Curious and adaptable; able to learn multiple products.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that last; develop trusted partnerships and value.
• Turn product knowledge into customer success, train and enable adoption.
• Drive engagement; create, execute success plans, expand usage.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to support retention and growth.
• Monitor usage and feedback to identify risks and coordinate solutions.
• Connect customers with the right internal expertise across teams.
• Voice the customer; share insights to improve products and processes.
• Grow expertise across our solutions, including Protect and Insight.
