Job summary

Bluebeam, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage an international portfolio in the architecture, engineering and construction space.

You will guide customers through the post-sales lifecycle, drive adoption of BIM software, and actively pursue renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities. You will conduct demos, regular check-ins, and business reviews with accounts, coordinate with Support and Product teams, and maintain accurate forecasts while collecting structured feedback

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in AEC/O and CAD/BIM software.
• Ideally familiarity with ALLPLAN, SDS2, SCIA and/or FRILO.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization and forecasting/pipeline management.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Conduct regular check-ins, product demos, and business reviews.
• Drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction for BIM solutions.
• Identify churn risks and implement retention actions.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Coordinate with Support, Product, and other teams on issues.
• Maintain forecasts and report status/development of accounts.
• Collect structured feedback and share with stakeholders.
