Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer success or similar role in a B2B SaaS or IT product company.
• Experience in a structured customer-facing team in a mature B2B product environment.
• Hands-on experience managing B2B customer relationships and achieving outcomes.
• Proactive, customer-centric approach with ownership and accountability.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and follow through on commitments.

Aufgaben

• Onboarding & Launch: guide new customers through onboarding, platform setup, and integrations.
• Adoption & Engagement: train customers, promote feature adoption, and help achieve business objectives.
• Retention & Renewals: monitor customer health and manage contract renewals.
• Account Growth & Expansion: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and maximize lifetime value.
• Voice of the Customer: collect feedback and collaborate with Product/Engineering to improve the platform.
• Relationship Management: act as a trusted advisor and ensure ongoing value from Scaleo.
