SmartScale360 is recruiting a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and oversee onboarding and growth for U.S.-based clients. This remote role emphasizes strong English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate onboarding, conduct business reviews, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and account health monitoring, all in a remote South America setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
• Experience managing U.S.-based clients or working with U.S. companies is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing client relationships, onboarding, and retention.
• Experience coordinating with Recruitment, Operations, HR, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling client concerns and escalations.
• Experience conducting client check-ins, business reviews, or account reviews.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, account management platforms, and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multi-task.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Recruitment or staffing experience is a strong advantage.

• Manage assigned client accounts and be the main contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
• Understand client goals and ensure services align with their business needs.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, account reviews, and performance updates.
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and service performance.
