SmartScale360 is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide onboarding, nurture long-term client relationships, and drive account growth for U.S.-based clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and HR to ensure expectations are met, monitor satisfaction and renewals, and keep CRM records up to date.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in client success, customer success, or account management.
• Experience handling U.S.-based clients and pro-level English communication.
• Proven ability to onboard clients, manage relationships, and drive renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth sales-to-operations handoff.
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and account health.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, and Leadership to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document client interactions.
