Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

The role is 100% remote and requires residing in one of the listed states. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to deliver a consistent customer experience and achieve GRR targets, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B).
• Experience with SaaS subscriptions and renewals.
• Strong CRM expertise, preferably HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention.
• Lead renewal planning and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Monitor health, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and renewal forecasts.
