Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive value, and own renewal and retention targets. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure customers realize measurable outcomes from Hubexo's solutions.

This role is 100% remote and requires residency in the United States. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and quarterly business reviews, while balancing customer needs with renewal and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or a related B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to hit GRR targets.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide value-based guidance.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and product utilization to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to resolve issues and align on growth.
