Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive adoption, retention, and growth, and ensure measurable value realization from Hubexo solutions.

The role is 100% remote in the United States, requiring residence in one of the approved states. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience and achieve GRR targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals.
• Experience in SaaS/subscription-based services.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio through the customer lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular account reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to ensure customer success.
• Monitor health, usage, and satisfaction to drive product adoption and renewal.
• Coordinate onboarding and educate customers on value realization.
