StarTex Software—EHS Insight, a remote-first SaaS brand—seeks a Customer Success Implementation Specialist. You will understand customer requirements, configure EHS Insight with custom fields, formulas, and reports, and guide clients through onboarding and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes learning the proprietary configuration language (JS/XML/SQL), APIs, and using Postman while delivering reliable, scalable solutions for multiple customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for customers.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with API integrations and SQL/XML/JSON.
• Familiarity with web technologies and APIs.
• Remote work proficiency and self-management.

Aufgaben

• Become a product expert and improve the platform.
• Gather customer requirements, determine best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight.
• Act as technical POC and configure EHS Insight to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Respond to inquiries through FreshDesk and manage tickets.
• Conduct demos and meetings on integration planning and configuration.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple customers with limited supervision.
