Job summary

StarTex Software LLC is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will gather customer requirements, configure EHS Insight, and serve as the technical liaison for client projects, leveraging SQL Server, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and APIs.

Strong communication skills and a drive to learn are essential. Experience with SaaS platforms and API calls via Postman is highly valued. Remote-first culture with flexible collaboration across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with APIs, XML, SQL, and JavaScript.
• FreshDesk and other ticketing tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and drive platform improvements.
• Gather customer requirements, determine best solutions, and implement in EHS Insight.
• Act as technical point of contact and configure EHS Insight to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Prioritize and schedule work across multiple customers with limited supervision.
• Respond to customer inquiries via FreshDesk and conduct demos for integration planning.
• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understand APIs and how to call them using Postman.
