Job summary

Amplo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a book of mid-market agency accounts from post-onboarding through renewal and growth. This remote, US-only role emphasizes relationship-building, adoption, and strategic execution to scale our CX function.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate client feedback into actionable roadmap input, design scalable processes, and drive customer value in a fast-growing insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Customer Success Manager role with mid-market or SMB accounts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
• Adaptable in a dynamic, action-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of mid-market agency accounts from post-onboarding through renewal.
• Drive adoption of the Amplo platform by aligning workflows with client needs.
• Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor account health and address risks before escalation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Solutions to feed roadmap.
• Develop and refine CX processes, playbooks, and automation.
