Job summary

PAR Technology's Bridg Customer Success team is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. You will manage day-to-day client operations, assist onboarding, monitor usage, and prepare client-facing reports while growing into a full CSM role.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations and offers a path into customer success within retail media and data.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with data — read a report or dashboard and summarize what it means.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, partnering with a senior CSM.
• Assist in onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
• Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity to the team.
• Prepare reporting, performance summaries, and materials for client meetings and business reviews.
• Learn Bridg's products in depth and handle first-line client questions, escalating complex issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
