GitLab Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Architect to serve as a strategic advisor for key customers, aligning the DevSecOps platform with business goals and desired outcomes. You will partner after sale to turn plans into actionable success, guiding adoption and maturity across portfolios.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to ensure value delivery, manage escalations, and drive customer satisfaction while staying current with GitLab capabilities.

• Experience guiding post‑sales customers to adoption and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Translate pre‑sales plans into concrete success criteria for customers.
• Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction across a portfolio.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans with measurable KPIs.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure timely follow‑ups with stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on enablement and onboarding for GitLab features and use cases.
• Identify training and maturity opportunities aligned to customer needs.
