GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect to serve as an architectural advisor for our largest, most complex customers. You will connect GitLab’s DevSecOps platform to business goals, translating pre‑sales plans into formal success plans and guiding adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of customers.

You will apply your knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and software lifecycles to deliver structured enablement, workshops, and ongoing engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven ability to guide architecture decisions in complex environments.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops and adoption programs.
• Experience partnering with customers to define outcomes and measure success.

Aufgaben

• Lead Accelerator programs from discovery through measurement and document results.
• Guide customers on best use of GitLab with DevSecOps practices and workflows.
• Own a book of customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain Customer Success Plans with goals and KPIs.
• Serve as primary GitLab liaison across Support, Product, Sales, and Professional Services.
