Andiamo! Group Talent Partners seeks a Customer Success Architect to guide customers through observability implementations and platform migrations. You will work closely with engineering teams and executives to drive adoption and long-term value.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-project management, and the ability to blend technical depth with business outcomes, while overlapping core US hours and traveling for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Elastic/ELK, Grafana, New Relic).
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure knowledge.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and telemetry pipelines.
• Troubleshooting production issues and reading configs.
• Experience with platform deployment, system integration, or migrations.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to implement observability solutions.
• Lead deployments and migrations across platforms.

• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Overlap US core hours and travel for visits and events.
