Amazon AWS seeks a Principal Customer Success Specialist for Observability & Security. You will shape post-sale journeys across observability and security, guiding adoption, retention, and expansion for top enterprise accounts.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on, technical guidance and cross-functional partnership to drive secure, compliant cloud outcomes. You will influence post-sale motions, design scalable playbooks, and partner with Service teams and GTM to maximize customer

Qualifications

Experience working with cross-functional teams across design, operations, and engineering to meet ambitious goals.
Proven track record advising enterprise customers (Fortune 500 or equivalent) on cloud adoption and security/observability strategies.
Ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale adoption programs and scalable enablement initiatives.
Strong executive-level engagement skills, translating technical challenges into strategic business outcomes.
Experience influencing without authority across diverse teams to drive customer-centric results.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate strategic vision for observability and security convergence within Customer Success.
Own high-value enterprise accounts, guiding post-sale journeys across adoption, retention, and expansion.
Develop playbooks and scalable frameworks combining strategy with operational depth.
Partner with AWS Service teams, GTM, Solutions Architecture and Partners to deliver coordinated outcomes.
Create metrics, health scoring, and dashboards for unified observability and security maturity.
