LogicMonitor is seeking a highly experienced Customer Architect to drive technical enablement and evangelize best practices across customer and internal teams. You will translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes and collaborate to prioritize engineering work.

The role emphasizes helping customers maximize value from the platform, delivering API-based solutions, and contributing to a formal training program to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in a similar technical role.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and/or software development.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud native architectures, containers, observability, and DevOps.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities across Linux/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and teams with best-practice use of LogicMonitor products.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams.
• Help shape a technical training curriculum to accelerate productivity and value.
