Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking a Customer Architect to act as a technical thought leader, driving successful customer outcomes and enabling adoption of the full LogicMonitor product suite. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver actionable guidance and enablement.

The role emphasizes API-based solutions, cloud/on‑prem integration, and cross-functional teamwork in a distributed setup. Candidates should be comfortable traveling for on-site training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in IT infrastructure and/or software development.
• Strong English communication and public speaking skills.
