Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy strategy developed in partnership with the Head of Customer Marketing.

This role will own the day-to-day operation and activation of a high-impact customer stories program, transforming customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand, accelerate sales, support product marketing, and cultivate customer advocates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Storytelling Strategy with the Head of Customer Marketing.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline: identification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, activation.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and reference management.
• Identify gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and narrative development efforts.
• Translate platform, AI, automation, workflow, data, and cloud capabilities into credible stories.
• Create assets: case studies, videos, executive interviews, sales presentations, one-pagers, testimonials, keynote content, awards submissions.
