• 7+ years in Customer Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to develop customer stories for B2B SaaS and enterprise software.
• Excellent interviewing, writing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer storytelling strategy and reference program.
• Own end-to-end pipeline: identification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, activation.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking.
• Create assets: case studies, videos, testimonials, executive interviews, sales materials.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Field teams.
