Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, or related field.
• Proven ability to create customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer story pipeline from identification to publication and activation.
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and narrative development with customers.
• Translate platform, AI, data, and cloud capabilities into credible business stories.
• Create assets: case studies, videos, executive interviews, sales content, and testimonials.
