Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy strategy developed with the Head of Customer Marketing. You will own the day-to-day operation and activation of a high-impact program, turning customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand and accelerate sales.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing customer stories for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, cloud, data, or technical platform solutions.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalize the customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline, including customer identification, qualification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, and activation.
• Develop customer-friendly processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and ongoing reference management.
• Identify and address story and reference gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Recommend strategies to strengthen customer proof coverage in priority growth areas.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, interviews, and narrative development efforts.
• Help customers articulate their business challenges, implementation journeys, measurable outcomes, and future vision.
• Translate complex platform, AI, automation, workflow, integration, data, and cloud capabilities into technically credible and commercially compelling stories.
• Create and oversee a variety of customer assets, including case studies, customer videos, executive interviews, sales presentations, one-pagers, testimonials, and keynote content.
