Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy program. You will own the day-to-day activation of high-impact customer stories, translating customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand and accelerate sales.

Collaborate with Growth leadership to build a scalable proof engine, interview customers, craft case studies, videos, and executive interviews, and coordinate with Brand, Product

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Advocacy, Content or Product Marketing.
• Experience developing customer stories for B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to create engaging customer-facing content.
• Experience with senior customer stakeholders and exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy.
• Own end-to-end customer story pipeline: ID, outreach, interviews, content, approvals, publication.
• Develop reference management processes and advocacy tracking.
• Identify gaps across industries, personas, use cases, products, geographies, sales segments.
• Recommend strategies to strengthen customer proof in growth areas.
