Connect America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our company and current or potential clients. You will identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions while maintaining high satisfaction.

The role supports a heavy call volume and requires strong communication and record-keeping skills. Responsibilities include knowing all services and equipment, meeting targets, and working either independently or with a team.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months to one year of customer service experience
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Have knowledge on all services and equipment offered by company
• Meet all call and appointment target expectations
• Keep records of all contacts in Company database’s
• Analytical- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
• Creative - Ability to think outside the box
• Emotional intelligence - Ability to understand his or her own emotions and the emotions of others
• Excellent customer service and people skills and must be able to work independently or with a team
