Job summary

Connect America is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote position. You will act as the liaison between the company and current/potential clients, resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and supporting department needs.

Requirements include 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, strong phone/communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (high call volume and data entry preferred).
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Be knowledgeable about all services and equipment offered by the company.
• Meet call and appointment target expectations.
• Keep records of all contacts in the company database.
