Job summary

Ersilia is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (Remote) to guide customers through technical sales and onboarding. You will lead demos, tailor configurations to customer needs, and manage end-to-end implementations.

You’ll work with sales, product, and engineering to deliver high-value onboarding and ongoing customer success. We value strong project management, the ability to handle 30+ concurrent implementations, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a VC-backed startup or elite company
• Experience in a customer-facing role (CS/engineering support)
• Bachelor’s degree from a US/Canada school
• Able to rapidly learn complex b2b SaaS products
• Strong project management and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and product demos with prospects; act as technical expert
• Own customer onboarding end-to-end; be primary point of contact
• Project-manage each customer’s implementation; coordinate timelines
• Build tools, templates, and automation to scale onboarding
• Identify blockers and escalate to solve implementation risks
