Job summary

Cercli Tech Limited is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will own onboarding, configure customer accounts, load data, tailor platform settings, and coordinate integrations (HRIS/ATS/SSO).

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure seamless customer experiences from go-live onward. The role requires 4–5 years in CS or Solutions Engineering within HR/FinTech, strong data handling, and proficiency with HubSpot and

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Customer Success or Solutions Engineering in Compensation/HR tech or FinTech.
• Experience configuring software platforms with customer data.
• Proficient with HubSpot and Jira for ticketing and issue tracking.
• Experience running SQL queries.
• Excellent communication with HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using AI tools to manage workload and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and configure complex customer setups.
• Manage customer integrations (HRIS, ATS, SSO) and validate implementation.
• Create and maintain master project plans for onboarding and enhancements.
• Train customer admins on product features and best practices.
• Act as a solutions engineer post-sale to scope implementation complexity.
• Manage support channels via HubSpot; triage and resolve issues.
• Log and track bugs and enhancements in Jira.
• Leverage AI tools to draft communications and speed up resolutions.
