Job summary

Progressive Leasing is hiring a Supervisor - Customer Service to mentor and motivate a team delivering world-class support to our customers. This remote role is home-based for a candidate within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas, and requires strong coaching skills, effective team management, and commitment to service excellence.

You will guide day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure our service standards meet and exceed expectations while managing inbound and outbound calls and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
AI-enabled tools are part of how work gets done and will continue to expand.

Responsibilities
