Progressive Leasing is seeking a Supervisor - Customer Service to lead a remote team within 60 miles of El Paso, TX. You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive exceptional service through coaching and feedback, while handling inbound and outbound calls.

Your day-to-day includes documenting accounts, resolving escalations, and maintaining service levels with AI-enabled tools and MS Office proficiency. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods.
• Examine team behavior and provide constructive feedback and direction.
• Motivate team to achieve desired results.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
