Progressive Leasing is seeking a Supervisor - Customer Service to lead a team delivering exceptional customer support. This is a remote role within 60 miles of Glendale, Arizona, with the ability to mentor personnel and drive performance goals.

You will train agents, monitor behavior, provide feedback, and ensure service levels exceed expectations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• AI-enabled tools are part of how work gets done across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods.
• Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.
• Motivate team members to achieve desired results.
• Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage and accurately document account details.
