Progressive Leasing, a leading lease-to-own solutions provider, is seeking a Supervisor - Customer Service to oversee a remote team within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ. You will coach staff, monitor service levels, and handle incoming/outgoing calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to process improvement, with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done and will expand over time.
• Curiosity, adaptability and openness to learning as roles evolve.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate team members to achieve desired results.
• Ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage and accurately document account details.
