Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team delivering outstanding service from a home-based setup within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, or at our Utah corporate office. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and accurate account handling.

Responsibilities include training peers, monitoring service levels, and handling calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods.
• Examine team behavior to provide constructive feedback and direction.
• Motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers to provide exceptional service.
• Manage and accurately document account details.
