Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time role in the United States. The position handles maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio, analyzing payment histories and responding to customer inquiries.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM CST (no weekends). You’ll work with leading technology, receive paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement from within.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication; strong multitasking.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
Experience in customer service and ability to work with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Reviewing customer contracts and account status information.
Advise customers on account open/closed status and title transfers.
Assist with extensions/deferrals and process payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Analyze accounts to provide informed customer guidance.
Comfort with manual calculations and using multiple systems.
