Job summary

Sutherland in the United States seeks remote Customer Service Representatives to handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation for an assigned accounts portfolio. You will respond to inquiries, review payment histories, and communicate statuses to customers. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM CST.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are a strong multitasker.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, including surrender and principal/interest breakdowns.
• Advise customers about open or closed accounts.
• Provide information on title transfers and related processes.
• Explain available optional products to customers.
• Assist with extensions and deferrals when payments are not possible.
• Take payments and review history to update account statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Analyze accounts to suggest appropriate solutions and provide clear information.
• Perform manual calculations as needed.
• Work with multiple systems with support from leaders and peers.
